The SMARTHUB® payment, energy use, and account management gateway has a great collection of tools for you to use. You can use SMARTHUB web on a desktop computer or a mobile device. If you are a fan of "Apps," we have those, too, for Apple and Android devices. Log into your Jasper County REMC account and check out all of the great features the gateway has to offer.



If you would like to use paperless billing preferences, you will need to establish a SmartHub username/password. Once you have logged in to SmartHub through our website (The settings do not show up in the App.), GO TO 'MY PROFILE/UPDATE MY PRINTED BILL SETTINGS/CLICK OFF.' 'Off' means you will NOT get a paper bill. Next, go to NOTIFICATIONS and determine how you would like the system to notify you that your bill is available for viewing on SmartHub.

Going forward, your E-Bill email will have a link to bill stuffers. Be sure to read our last few stuffers to learn more about our new bill design.

Tips & FAQs

  • Even if you used our previous on-line system, you need to enroll in SmartHub as a 'new user.'
  • If you have SmartHub with another utility as well, you can use the same email and password to log-in to your accounts.
