Heat Pump Incentive Programs
We offer a $200 bill credit incentive to Jasper County REMC members who install* an air source heat pump.
We offer a $500 cash incentive to Jasper County REMC members who install* a geothermal heat pump.
*Incentives do not apply to installing replacement heat pump units or repairs on existing units.

These incentives are only available when the following criteria are met:
| • | ETL, UL or ARL listed heat pump |
|---|---|
| • | The geothermal system must be AREI certified. |
| • | Dealer must be factory trained and certified. |
| • | The system shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations. |
| • | The REMC shall have the option to verify the new system before any incentives are applied. |
| • | The REMC does not warrant or assume any liability or responsibility for the equipment or for its installation, maintenance, repair, operability, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or intended use. |
| • | The incentives shall not be issued until the system is operating properly according to Manufacturer’s data. |
