Landlord Program

This new program allows a landlord to auto-transfer their property back into their name when a tenant requests disconnetion of electricity. If a landlord utilizes the Third-party Notification form the landlord will receive one notification from the REMC if the rental property is scheduled for disconnection due to non-payment.
