Overdue BillThe due date for all bills is seventeen (17) days after the billing date. For residential and general service customers, a late fee of 10% of the first $3.00 or less, plus 3% on the net in excess of the first $3.00 will be assessed to all bills received after the due date. If any delinquent balance exists, all payments the Cooperative receives shall first be applied to the delinquency. For all other customer classes, the late payment charge shall be five percent (5%) of the current bill unless the customer’s contract for service establishes different terms. It is important that you contact us when your bill is overdue - we will make an effort to help you make payment arrangements. |
