2011 Unclaimed Capital Credits
Jasper County REMC is attempting to locate former members who have amounts due from the capital credit refunds issued on November 17, 2011.
The checks were issued to members who were served by Jasper County REMC from 1965-1978.
This list will also be published in the September/October/November 2012 Electric Consumer newsletters.
If YOUR name is listed and you want to claim your capital credits, please use this claim form.
If you were a SPOUSE to the person listed here from 1965-1978 AND your name was on the account, please use this claim form.
Call our office or contact us if you're not sure if your name was on the account.
If a DECEASED person is listed here, capital credits will be issued to the direct heirs or to the person who inherited the member's estate. Direct heirs are spouses who were not listed on the account or sons and daughters. Please call us at 219.866.4601 for the "Agent's Appointment Form" to complete that process and claim the refund.
If an ACTIVE BUSINESS is listed here, please call our office to claim the refund.
If a DEFUNCT BUSINESS is listed here, please call our office to claim the refund.
