Call 811 for Locates

Indiana 811 Utility Location Services

Indiana Underground Plant Protection Service (IUPPS) has made it easy to use their utility location service. Simply call 811 and get your locate order started at least 3 days before you shovel into something dangerous.

For them to properly process your location request, you will need to tell IUPPS:

• The town
• The county
• The township (JPEG)
• The street address
• The name/number of the closest cross street
• How deep you need to dig
